𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦?

Working with an established team of amazing folk, we are looking for new crew to start from April 2021;

​

• Waiters/waitresses for weekends and weekdays

• Anyone who has experience in the kitchen (either informal or formal…if you love cooking but don’t have qualifications, you’re still more than welcome)

​

𝑬𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒓𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:

• A reliable mode of transport to John O’Groats (Stagecoach buses are not reliable!)

• Preferably not scared of, or allergic to dogs as we are dog friendly.

• Stamina – we are extremely busy in the summer months & expect this year to be no different, if not busier.

• Most importantly - a genuine love of food & people

𝑶𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒅𝒆𝒂𝒍:

• Hearty meals provided on shift, taken with proper breaks – you can't enjoy your work on an empty stomach, we are quite passionate about that.

• Flexible shifts agreed on discussion.

• Full training for all your roles requirements, supported along the way.

• Management work hands on; we all muck in together.

• Seasonal changing menus; learn about new ingredients & food styles.

• Screens in place, masks provided & strict systems to keep everyone safe.

[14-16 year old's are welcome to apply, we love having young folk in hospitality. Reliable transport is essential though, please consider this before applying, it’s all we ask]
